Shrimp Cutlet


  1. Shrimp - 250 gms
  2. Ginger - 1 Tbs
  3. Chopped green chilly - 1/4 cup
  4. Shallots - 1/2 cup
  5. Grated coconut - 1/4 cup
  6. Garam masala - 1 Tsp
  7. Pepper pdr - 1 Tsp
  8. Salt for taste
  9. Oil ( coconut ) - 250 ml

Method -

Crush ingredients from 2 - 8 in a grinder. Add shrimp crush & mix once again. Divide it into even balls. Shape it & deep fry till golden brown. Serve with garlic sauce.
