- Shrimp - 250 gms
- Ginger - 1 Tbs
- Chopped green chilly - 1/4 cup
- Shallots - 1/2 cup
- Grated coconut - 1/4 cup
- Garam masala - 1 Tsp
- Pepper pdr - 1 Tsp
- Salt for taste
- Oil ( coconut ) - 250 ml
Method -
Crush ingredients from 2 - 8 in a grinder. Add shrimp crush & mix once again. Divide it into even balls. Shape it & deep fry till golden brown. Serve with garlic sauce.
