Ingredients
- Chicken Boneless - 1 Kg
- Chilly powder - 3 Tsp
- Turmeric Powder - 1 Tsp
- Coriander Powder - 4 Tsp
- Garam Masala - 1 Tsp
- Pepper Powder - 1 Tsp
- Green chilies paste - 6 no's
- Ginger Garlic- 2 Tbs each
- Cumin powder - 1/4 Tsp
- Yogurt - 3 Tbs
- Shallots paste - 4 numbers
- Salt - 1/2 Tsp
- Coconut Oil - 500 ml
Preparation
Make a paste using ingredients from 2-12& little coconut oil. Marinate the chicken with this paste for half an hour in fridge. Deep fry in coconut oil till brown & serve hot with onion, Chilly vinegar salad.
